We are always pleased to offer our long-established Apple repair and support services. Our standard workshop charge is only £30 ex-VAT for ONE HOUR LABOUR, and this is ALSO the fee for repair abandondment ONLY IF we have made a full diagnosis and quote. (Please note it is most unusual in practice for us to charge this fee, and you may draw your own conclusions.) We regularly sub-contract for other Apple engineers without our degree of experience because of our very low rates. We are also able to offer laptop repairs TO COMPONENT LEVEL. So don’t get talked into writing off your machine because a so-called Apple Genius says “the logic boards gone”!
